Our custom wedding coordination package is the perfect option if you want to plan the majority of your event, but need someone to help bring you to the finish line! With 12 years of experience in the industry and working with Red Earth since the very beginning, who better to help you plan, manage, and execute your Red Earth wedding!?

Why do I need a coordinator?

Think of your coordinator as your wedding planning sidekick, your insurance policy, and your advocate who is looking out for every investment you've made, and the detail you have planned ensuring it all comes to fruition for your special day.

At The Red Earth Venue, we believe that at least once in your life you should throw the party of your dreams! Our coordination team is here to help your event run smoothly and be as stress-free as possible. Our goal is to allow both you and your loved ones to let go, be fully present, and enjoy the process. Let us help you create a truly unforgettable day!

The Details

Red Earth Venue is a unique wedding venue located in Moab, Utah by Arches and Canyonlands national parks. We offer two ceremony locations: the brick patio under the iron arches, and our remote desert site. Both sites allow drone photography.

Resources & Organizational Materials

We will provide you with everything you need to stay organized in the wedding planning process: a planning checklist, a detailed wedding day timeline, vendor organization, and additional planning resources.

The Red Earth Venue is Moab's premier wedding venue. There is a reason we have a five-star rating! Our service is unparalleled.

Specific Vendor Recommendations

Once we gain an understanding about your wedding day vision, preferences, needs and budget we will provide a detailed list of specific vendor recommendations curated just for YOU!

At Red Earth Venue we do not host more than one event per day. It is EXCLUSIVE use! Your 12 hour rental period is for your event only. Red Earth is a luxury desert wedding venue because your event is exclusive and completely private.

Unlimited Communication

We want you to feel completely supported leading up to your big day. We offer unlimited communication and are available to answer questions throughout the planning process.

The glass venue space at Red Earth can hold up to 150 seated guests. Our venue rental includes our custom wood dining tables and dining chairs, custom wood cocktail tables, and wood ceremony benches. This furniture is included with your rental.

Planning Timeline

This is an independent planning process! After your initial calls and onboarding, you will be running the show. At the 3-month mark, we jump back in to offer full support, help wrap up final details, review contracts & invoices, take over as your point of contact, bring you to the finish, and execute the wedding day!

At Red Earth Venue there is NO food and beverage minimum and NO bar minimum. We do not have an additional cleaning fee or corkage fee. Your rental period is exclusive for 12hrs from 10am to 10pm.

Additional Inclusions

This package also includes venue layout creation and review, vendor point of contact takeover (at the 1-month mark), ceremony rehearsal and walk-through at the venue, and decor handoff to our team before the big day. We want to be fully prepared to help make your wedding day vision come to life!

Our bistro lights and iron arches provide the perfect framework to customize your ceremony or dance party. Customize this location by adding drapery, lights, disco balls, floral installations or leaving it as is for a budget friendly option.

Wedding Day Execution

THE WEDDING DAY — our team is the first to arrive and last to leave. We will handle the setup and breakdown of all your decor items, as well as manage vendors, VIPs, guests, and the timeline. We execute every event with a team to ensure all runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
